Refund policy

 

DRAGON BAG IS NOT RETURNABLE

All sale items, special promotions are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders with Ground Shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Over $200 is FREE SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS.

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification email with the tracking information when your order has shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard order processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when selecting your desired shipping method.

 

RETURN POLICY

Unused merchandise can be returned for store credit only. 

Returned merchandise must be free from use, wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent items from being sold as new. We reserve the right to deny any return. Returned items must have original tags attached.

Currently we are unable to process exchanges. You may return the item for store credit and place another order with your preferred ONE.

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Unauthorized returns or returns that are postmarked after 3 days will be refused and returned to sender. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs so you may use any carrier of your choice.

We are not responsible for any packages that get lost/do not reach us so please use a trackable shipping method and hold onto the receipt with the tracking number.

Final Sale, promotion items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Final Sale/ Promotion item  : Final Sale and promotion items are not eligible for a return.
  • Dragon bags are not returnable
  • Damaged Items : If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 1days.
  • Shipping Charges : Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.
  • the original shipping costs $10 that were waived by free shipping policy
